Machine safety enclosure HI10VPH

Companies use various stand-alone equipment such as 3D printers, laser markers and many more machines. However, the use of these machines can cause health and environmental risks due to fine particles, gases and residues of molten material released into the air. It is therefore important to take steps to protect operators from potential exposure to these pollutants.

Our stand-alone machine safety enclosure is designed to meet these needs by providing an effective engineered solution to protect operators from potential exposure to these pollutants.

Our enclosure is constructed using an aluminum frame, filled with melamine panels and PET-G panel . This robust and durable construction ensures effective isolation of pollutants. It is also equipped with an extraction box with a filtration system that covers the main risks associated with products released into the air, such as fine particles, gases and residues of molten material.

To define the enclosure adapted to your needs, it is important to determine the potential pollutants emitted by the equipment and the types of filters to eliminate them.
