Thermal stripping of twisted wires

Thermal stripping allows the insulation and sheaths of cables made of resistant materials to be removed by the application of heating electrodes at an instantaneous and very high temperature.

THERMAL STRIPPING OF TWISTED WIRES

► Gripper triggered when grip, reference PC3 / 5 (compatible with the BDT1A unit)

→ Ergonomic grip
→ Clamp at constant pressure, keeps the electrodes in contact with the twisted sheath
→ Width stop to prevent the electrodes from touching each other
→ Depth stop to strip the exact length of wire desired

► Electrodes mounted on EEDT2 base, universal flat wire electrodes with notch for stripping AWG 8 to 28 wires
