The tinning process involves applying a thin layer of tin-based alloy to a metal part. These tanks also allow for enamel removal and degilding operations.

BE300x90D bath suitable for tinning or degilding parts in series
– can be equipped with a manual pantograph or an automatic tinning unit (TP90P)
– alloy level control
– cast iron crucible
– high-load cylindrical heating element
– type J thermocouple (included)

The two-tank design allows for a degilding/tinning process using a single piece of equipment (pantograph, TP90P automated unit) while preventing contamination of the tinning bath.
