Solder or tin is an operation of surface treatment which consists in applying a layer of tin to a metal part.Ours machines are also recommended for the enamel and gold removal.

Applicability

 

In industry,tinning and soldering are used mainly in the electric and electronic sector because it allows to ensure a protection against the corrosion of the part (in particular out of copper), to offer a good electric conductibility and to improve the weldability of the part.

Principle:


These machines are equipped with rotative pots as well as fixed blades allowing an autonomous scraping of dross with an external rejection.

 
Advantage:


The operator permanently has a clean tin surface, which reduces the
risk of imperfection and stains at the time of the tinning, enamel and gold removal operations.

 

ROTADIP

The rotary pots form part of the dynamic range intended for tinning. Rotadip is generally used for tinning, the enamel and gold removal while having a tin constantly clean.
